Cannor Natural herbal mixture - SEN (dream), 50g
The first step to a good night's sleep is to relax and get comfortable before falling asleep. A hot bath, meditation, reading...we can support our own falling asleep ritual with Sen tea, which relieves nervous tension and restlessness and lulls us pleasantly to sleep. In creating the tea blend, we based it on traditional and well-known herbs that affect our nervous system, but added the rather unique Honeybush, which is similar to rooibos, but much tastier! More

It has depressant effects and is found in most tea blends to address sleep problems and depression. The valeric acid, isovaleric acid and probably sesquiterpenes from valerian root are able to bind to and specifically act on GABA receptors, suggesting a sedative, anticonvulsant and analgesic effect.

In folk medicine, it is also recommended for its positive effect on the activity of the central nervous system, and it is useful in menstrual and premenstrual syndrome (it also relieves menstrual cramps), menopause or to adjust the menstrual cycle. Healers recommend honeybush to relieve symptoms of skin diseases and eczema. Recently, there have been reports of testing the contents of honeybush and its possible use for skin problems related to either excessive sun exposure, inflammatory diseases or aging skin. There appears to be a soothing (relieving) effect in
acute problems and in chronic problems the skin's resistance to UV rays and wrinkling in particular is increased.

He administered it to child patients and the elderly in herbal mixtures for nervousness and difficulty falling asleep.
