We would like to inform you that by Government Regulation No. 52/2024 Coll., Government Regulation No. 463/2013 Coll., on lists of addictive substances (text available here), has been amended. Based on this amendment, the following substances have been included in Annex No. 4 of this regulation with effect from March 6, 2024:

• hexahydrocannabinol (HHC),
• hexahydrocannabinol-O-acetate (HHC-acetate, HHC-O), and
• tetrahydrocannabiphorol (THCP).

For the reasons stated above, products containing these substances are no longer (and will not be in the future, unless there is a change in legislation) available on our website or in our stores. The product you selected contained one of the listed substances and has therefore been removed from our offer.

The refill does not contain any dilution solutions such as PG/VG , MCT apd.

Notice to buyers: The vaporizer is a good within the meaning of Section 1837(g) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code ("goods in a sealed package which the consumer has removed from the package and which cannot therefore be returned for hygienic reasons") and therefore the purchase contract and its delivery cannot be withdrawn.

At the time of sale (in a shop / via a transport service / via another dispensing point), the seller will verify that the buyer is not under 18 years of age.
