We would like to inform you that by Government Regulation No. 52/2024 Coll., Government Regulation No. 463/2013 Coll., on lists of addictive substances (text available here), has been amended. Based on this amendment, the following substances have been included in Annex No. 4 of this regulation with effect from March 6, 2024:

• hexahydrocannabinol (HHC),
• hexahydrocannabinol-O-acetate (HHC-acetate, HHC-O), and
• tetrahydrocannabiphorol (THCP).

For the reasons stated above, products containing these substances are no longer (and will not be in the future, unless there is a change in legislation) available on our website or in our stores. The product you selected contained one of the listed substances and has therefore been removed from our offer.

DisPOD with Blueberry Cheesecake flavour with 10% THC-P, 82% CBG and 8% terpenes. It is a small disposable pen where you only exhale a small amount of vapor compared to traditional vape pens.

Filling: 10% THC-P, 82% CBG, 9R content min 68.5%, 8% natural terpenes.

The refill does not contain any dilution solutions such as PG/VG , MCT apd.

Instructions for starting the disPOD:

5x Press the button on the disPOD to put the battery in On/Off state.

3x Press the button to change the heating (vaping) intensity. The DisPOD is made with 3 heating levels - Green/Blue/Red

Green is the weakest, blue is the middle and red is the strongest. Press 3 times in succession to change the heating intensity.

2x Press the button on the battery to preheat the disPOD. In cold conditions, it will heat the disPOD to operating temperature for perfect vaping. During preheating, the green-blue and red color indicates until the disPOD is warm.

Caution: Store in a dry place. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Not recommended for use by young people and non-smokers. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. May cause drowsiness. May be contraindicated with certain medications - consult a physician before use.

Notice to buyers: The vaporizer is a good within the meaning of Section 1837(g) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code ("goods in a sealed package which the consumer has removed from the package and which cannot therefore be returned for hygienic reasons") and therefore the purchase contract and its delivery cannot be withdrawn.

At the time of sale (in a shop / via a transport service / via another dispensing point), the seller will verify that the buyer is not under 18 years of age.
