The purchaser declares that the purchase of seeds of a plant of the genus Cannabis from which cannabis containing 0.2 % or more of substances of the tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) group can be obtained (this value may vary according to the legislation of the country concerned) is made solely for collecting or ethnobotanical purposes or that he is authorised to handle addictive substances according to the laws in force in his country.

The seller points out that, without being authorised under the relevant laws of his country, it is not permitted to cultivate or handle plants from which cannabis containing 0,2 % or more of a substance of the tetrahydrocannabinol group (which may vary according to the legislation of the country concerned) can be obtained; this applies even to a single plant. 

The seller warns the buyer that if he buys the seeds for purposes other than collecting or ethnobotanical purposes, the planting of these seeds may constitute an offence or a criminal offence.

The buyer acknowledges that since it is not within the seller's ability to verify with each buyer whether he/she meets the legal criteria for dealing with addictive substances; therefore, the seeds are sold for collecting purposes only.

The seller also states in this context that he does not guarantee the germination of the seeds sold, as he does not verify this in any way, given the purpose of the sale.
