Salvia Paradise Mate Pampero - roasted Mate 100g

A roasted form of the traditional South American plant tea maté from the Paraguayan holly. Unlike green maté, roasted mate has a higher content of active ingredients.

Mate has a beneficial effect on renal elimination - the removal of pollutants from the body through the kidneys. Another property of maté is the regulation of lipid (fat) metabolism and the ability to influence body weight. Mate is often drunk in rituals because of its ability to promote mental well-being and alleviate physical fatigue. Drinking mate can achieve a total body refreshment.

Mate contains caffeine, which helps to increase alertness, improve concentration and helps to increase endurance performance.

The infusion is greenish-brown in colour and has a slightly smoky aroma. The flavour is strong, slightly astringent and long-lasting, thicker than green mate.

Preparation. However, it can be prepared in anything, although with less effect. Use 10 g of tea in 0,5 l of water (water temperature 95 °C) and leave to infuse for about 10 minutes. Unlike Mate Rancho, Pampero is not suitable for making a cold drink.
