The purchaser declares that the purchase of seeds of a plant of the genus Cannabis from which cannabis containing 0.2 % or more of substances of the tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) group can be obtained (this value may vary according to the legislation of the country concerned) is made solely for collecting or ethnobotanical purposes or that he is authorised to handle addictive substances according to the laws in force in his country.
